The D-Slicer is designed for the bakery shop with a safety guard on the in feed side to comply with safety regulations. This guard allows rapid unloading of the machine and it is possible to slice more than one bread at a time.
The D-Slicer can encounter every demand or any type of bread whilst the unique arrangement of the knives in the patented slicing system grants a gentle treat of the bread. The solid frame is ergonomically designed with adjustable working-height and angle. Rounded centric forms with different coloured side-panels give the slicer a unique appearance in every bread shop.
